The kit was purchased by Ron & Hazel Ellway, who built it them selves from the hull and deck moulds onwards. They did a better job than Hunter boats. Raced out of Torquay for many years with some good success.

ReplyDeleteI raced on this with Ron and hazel Elway. I started when I was 13 and learned my keel boat skills on this boat. Great memories and a very well finished boat. Hunters asked if they could use it as the show boat at the boat show!!! No was the answer!
